Terms & Conditions

Members must be 21 years of age
Minimum of one year (two shipments) participation required
After one year, a membership may be cancelled upon the provision of written notice to Heaven's Hill Estate Subject to early termination fee of $100 after one year
Member's credit card on file will be charged at time of processing for the wine, plus shipping and tax
Shipments will be sent to the address on file and an adult signature will be required at time of delivery
Heaven's Hill Estate is not responsible for misdirected shipments; additional fees will be applied to packages that are returned due to unsuccessful delivery
Member is responsible for maintaining up to date information on his/her account online or by calling 818-915-5300
Will call pick up is also available at Heaven's Hill Estate during normal operating hours with reservation
